摘要
高校辅导员制度对全面贯彻党的教育方针和各项政策,加强学生思想道德培养和素质教育,密切高校党团组织和青年学生关系,有效引导学生自我管理,发挥了重要作用。高校辅导员制度的发展历程经历了萌芽与孕育、确立与初创、停滞与混沌、恢复与反思、探索与加强以及完善与成熟这六个阶段。事实证明,在全面建设社会主义和谐社会,培养全面发展的专门人才新形势下,仍应坚持且完善高校辅导员制度。
This system of university counselors has a significant effect on comprehensively implementing the Party＇s education policies and every policy in an all -round way, strengthening ideological and moral training and quality education of students, closing relationship between Party group of University and youth students, and effectively guiding the students to self- management. It mainly comes through six phases including budding and gestating,ra- diating and establishing, stasis and chaos,resuming and rethinking, exploring and reinforcing, as well as perfect and maturing. The fact proves that we should insist on this system of university counselors and perfect it, under the new situation of comprehensively contributing harmonious society, and train specialized personnel.
