摘要
用家兔离体肺主动脉环标本观察8-甲氧基补骨脂素(8-MOP)对去甲肾上腺素、氯化钾及新福林收缩的影响。结果发现8-MOP有舒张肺动脉,抑制肺动脉收缩的作用,抑制去甲肾上腺素和新福林收缩的作用较抑制氯化钾收缩的作用强,8-MOP使去甲肾上腺素的浓度反应曲线呈浓度依赖性右移。pA=5.19±0.06。
he effect of 8-Methoxypsoralen(8-MOP)isolated
from Baihua Qianhu was studied in rabbit pul-monary artery. It was
found that the KC1 induced contraction of PAR was significantly
relaxed by 8-MOP,the contractile response of PAR induced by
KC1,noradrenaline and phenylephrine were signifi-cantly decreased in
the presence of 8-MOP and the concentration-response curves were
shifted to rightin the presence of 8-MOP. These results suggest that
8-MOP may be the effective component of BaihuaQianhu for decreasing
the pulmonary arterial pressure.
