摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中抗坏血酸、氯化亚锡混合还原锗钼酸铵成锗钼蓝的显色反应。试验结果表明:其最大吸收波长为805.0nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.52×10^4L·(mol·cm)^-1,线性范围为0~3.00μg·mL^-1Ge(Ⅳ),锗钼蓝色泽稳定;在混合掩蔽剂存在下,20种常见离子无干扰。可用于锗的分光光度测定。
The chromogenic reaction of Ammonium germanium-molybdate to Germanium-molybdenum blue with Vc-stannous chloride as mixed reducing agent in the H2SO4 medium is studied. The results showed that the maximum absorption at 805.0 nm with molor absorptivities were 2.52×10^4 L·(mol·cm)^ -1 and liner range is 0-3.00 μL^-1. Ge-Mo blue' colour is stable. The influence of 20 common ions have also been studied without interfere under mixed masking agent. The method can be used for the determination of Germanium.
