摘要 采用微波消解样品,氢化物发生原子荧光法同时测定保健品中的锗和硒。研究了仪器条件、酸度、KBH4浓度等对测定的影响,锗和硒的检出限为0.40和0.51μg/L;相对标准偏差均为2.0%;回收率为77.1%~105.2%和80.0%~108.2%,已用于保健品中锗和硒的测定。 A method for the determination of germanium and selenium in health food by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) with microwave digestion was proposed. The influence of instrument parameters, HCl and KBH4 concentration were investigated. The detection limit of the germanium and selenium is 0.40 and 0.51μg/L; The relative standard deviations are 2.0%; The recoveries are in the rage of 77.1% - 105.2% and 80.0% ~ 108.2%, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of germanium and selenium in health food with satisfactory results.
