摘要
在超临界二氧化碳中染色麻织物,较之传统染色方法有不少优越性。文章介绍了麻织物经有机硅表面处理后,用分散染料在超临界CO_2 中染色的工艺。通过正交试验,优化出染色工艺条件:压力30 MPa,温度140 ℃,动程5 mm,时间90min。
Dyeing bast fabric in supercritical CO2 fluid has many advantages than conventional dyeing processes. The article introduces a process of first treating the surface of bast fabric with silicone and then dyeing it in the supercritical CO2 fluid by using disperse dye. Through orthogonal tests, the optimized conditions for this dyeing process is obtained: pressure: 30 Mpa, temperature: 140 ℃, traverse: 5 mm and time: 90 min.
