摘要
目的观察养阴固精、化痰渗湿法联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组(40例)采用养阴固精、化痰渗湿法加西药治疗,对照组(40例)单用西药治疗。连续用药3个月后,观察临床疗效,以及治疗前后血脂、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肾功能等变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为65.0%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后除血肌酐和尿素氮外,其他各项实验指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组尿微量蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论养阴固精、化痰渗湿法结合西药治疗本病确有明显疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty subjects were divided into two groups： treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with combined Chinese and Western medicines and control group in which 40 cases were treated with the pure western medicine. After 3 months, the clinical effects, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, saccharogenic hemoglobin and renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% in treatment group and 65.0% in control group, with a difference between them （P〈 0.05）. The blood lipid, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, saccharogenic hemoglobin and renal function were improved significantly after treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group in UAER and 24h protein（P〈0.05, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combined Chinese and western medicines is fairly effective for diabetic nephropathy.
