摘要
作者分析了社会对ERP人才的需求现状,根据工业工程专业学生兴趣、能力的差异性,提出了工业工程专业ERP人才分层培养模式。通过在企业构建ERP实战平台、组建ERP研发团队、产学研互动等方法培养ERP人才,取得较好效果。
With an analysis of social demand for ERP talents, the article presents a hierarchical model for the cultivation of ERP talents in the program of Industrial Engineering based on the differences between students in their interests and abilities. By building ERP practice platform in enterprises, constructing ERP R&D team, and integrating instruction, research and production, high-quality ERP talents have been brought out.
