提高自清洁玻璃可见光催化效率的途径 被引量:2

Approaches to Increase Visible Photo-Catalystic Efficiency of Self-Cleaning Glass

摘要 目前自清洁玻璃均是在玻璃表面上涂TiO2或掺杂TiO2膜,对可见光催化效率比较低。本文阐述了禁带宽度较TiO2为狭,光激发波长在可见光范围,能提高可见光催化降解效率的纳米膜层,包括CdS-TiO2复合膜、ZnFe2O4膜、ZnFe2O4-TiO2膜、CuAl2O4-TiO2膜的制备和光催化性能,还介绍了可能应用的锌尖晶石类型(ZnM2O4)和铋酸钛(BipTinOm)类型的纳米晶体,同时指出了存在的问题和发展方向。 Self-cleaning glass is often prepared by coating a film of pure or doping TiO2, this film shows low efficiency of photocatalysis in visible. In this passage a nano-coating with a narrower energy gap than that of TiO2 was described. This new nano-coating can boost degraded rate of organic substance due to photocatalysis which is induced by excitation of visible wavelength . The preparation and characterization in photocatalysis of CdS-TiO2 , ZnFe2O4 ,ZnFe2O4-TiO2, CuAl2O4-TiO2 composite coatings were presented and the nano-crystals, zinc spinel (ZnM2O4) ,titanium bismuthate (BipTinOm) , were given a general introduction . The open questions and development trend of this issue were illustrated.
