通过静态混合器级数选择,并在相同条件下与釜式反应中和与水洗效率比较,对处理能力及二级水洗等进行中试研究,将该技术应用到工程设计。
Select the stage number of the static mixer and compare the efficiency of neutralization and water-wash of the static mixer with the kettle-type mixer under the same conditions.Conduct the pilot test study on the processing capacity and two-stage water-wash and apply the technology in the engineering design.
