溶胶—凝胶法制备透明锌尖晶石微晶玻璃

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备组成为SiO_2含量大于70%,ZnO/Al_2O_3小于1、主晶相为ZnAl_2O_4的透明钭尖晶石微晶玻璃。在制备凝胶过程中,加入微量的ZrO_2作为成核剂。采用X-射线衍射法,研究ZnO-Al_2O_3_SiO_2系统凝胶在热处理过程中随组成、温度变化的结晶习性。 The Transparent glass-ceramics was obtained with the composition of Si02≥70mol% and ZnO/Al_2O_3<1 by using the Sol-gel technique. The Principal crystalline phase was fornd to be gahnite, ZnAl204,when a minimum amount of Zr02 was present. By means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), the crystallization behavior of gels based on the ZnO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system in heat-treatment has been investi- gated as a function of composition and temperature.
