摘要
本文应用输精管结扎6月、25月家兔的动物模型，观察了海马培养上清胸腺细胞调节因子活性、胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性与脾脏的T、B细胞功能，及外周血巨噬细胞功能的变化．结果表明：（1）海马培养上清胸腺细胞调节因子活性、胸腺细胞自身增殖反应性，输精管结扎6月组和输精管结扎25月组与相应的对照组比较差异均无显著性；（2）ConA诱导的脾细胞增殖反应性和IL—2、IL—6活性，输精管结扎6月组均呈低值，且IL—2活性降低具有统计学意义，输精管结扎25月无明显变化；（3）IL-1活性和血浆TNF一α、溶菌酶含量，输精管结扎6月组均呈高值，且IL-1活性显著地高于对照组（P＜0．05）。输精管结扎25月组与对照组比较无显著差异（P＞0．05）．该结果提示，结扎6月，T细胞功能开始降低，巨噬细胞功能略增强。结扎25月，T细胞和巨噬细胞功能均无明显变化．
To study the functional changes of immunological survillance after vasectomy, we had studied the influence of vasectomy on the functions of T lymphocytes and macrophages of rabbits by using an animal model which were vasectomized for 6 and 25 months (VG6. VG25). The results showed that f (1) Activities of regulational factors of enhancing thymocytes proliferation from hippocampus and self-proliferation of thymocytes in VG6. VG25 had no significant difference in comparison with corresponding sham operation groups (SOG6. SOG25), (2) ConA-induced splenocyte activities of IL-2 were markedly inhibited in VG6 (P<0.05), (3) ConA-induced splenocytes proliferation and activihes of IL-6 had not much difference with VG6 and VG25 in comparison with SOG6 and SOG25, (4) Activities of IL-1 increased significantly in VG6 (P<0.05), the contents of INF.lysozyme in GV6 increased lighlly, but no statistical significance,IL- 1 activities and TNF contents had no significant difference between VG25 and SOG25. The adults may provide an experimental evidence for evaluating the functional changes of driunological survillance in vasectomized animals.
