电解损毁杏仁核对细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 杏仁核是位于前颞叶背内侧属于边缘系统的神经核团。已发现情感活动、学习、痛觉和内分泌激素的中枢调节作用都与杏仁核有关。刺激下丘脑导致的某些行为改变,在一定程度上受杏仁核的调节。杏仁核还参与应激引起的肾上腺皮质功能活动。有关杏仁核对免疫功能的调节作用还不清楚。本文是通过电解损毁双侧杏仁核,观察细胞免疫功能的变化情况,以了解杏仁核在免疫调节中的作用。 It was found that rats with electrolytic lesion of amgdaloid nuclei showed alternation in cell-mediated immunity and spontaneous thymidine incorporation of thymocytes was found to be increased on the 4th and 7th day and returned to normal in the 14th day after lesi(?)ning. It has been shown that the primary antibody response to sheep red blood cell determined by QHS as well as the level of IL-1 and IL-2 all are alevated on the 4th day after lesioning. However, amygdaloid nuclei lesioning does not affect NKC activity. which indicates that injury of amygdaloid nuclei may result in enhancing of immune function and thereby suggest that amygdaloid nuclei have modulation effect on cellular immunity. A possible assoation of reduced serum corticosterone level with promoted immune response is also described.
