摘要
目的:研究聚醚醚酮、聚砜及聚酯3种聚合物及其碳纤维增强的复合材料的生物相容性。方法:采用体外细胞培养技术,将6种材料分别进行提取试验和接触试验。通过光镜、上清液LDH活性检测及细胞增殖率检测,观察6种材料的提取液及材料本身对培养细胞的影响。结果:光镜显示提取液对培养细胞无毒性作用,与材料直接接触的细胞生长良好,形态正常。上清液LDH活性及细胞增殖率检测同对照组相比无显著差异。结论:国产聚醚醚酮、聚砜、聚酯及其复合材料在体外具有良好的生物相容性。
Objective: To evaluate the biocompatibility of polyetheretherketone, polyester, polysulfone and their carbon fiber reinforced composites. Methods: Direct contact cell evaluation and extraction were employed to determine the in vitro biocompatibility of three polymers and their composites in comparison to the control group. The cell culture was assessed qualitatively by microscopy and quantitatively using LDH enzyme assay and MTT method to determine cytotoxicity. Results: All test materials and their extract fluid had no cytotoxical effect on culture cell and the cells which directly contacted materials grew well under microscope. LDH enzyme assay and MTT method analysis revealed that there was no difference between each material group and control group,either between any pair of material group. Conclusion: Polyetheretherketone, polyester, polysulfone and their carbon fiber composites possess satisfactory biocompatibility in vitro.
