摘要 目的:测量国人颈段脊柱颈曲以及伸屈活动度。方法:采用计算机图像处理技术,对280例正常成人动态条件下颈段脊柱侧位Χ线片的颈曲和各椎体间相对转动角进行测量。结果:中间位颈曲正常值的范围为12~33°,颈段脊柱屈伸活动度正常值范围为65~98°。屈伸运动中,各椎间活动度以C5~6活动度最大。随着年龄的增长,颈曲和屈伸活动度均呈逐步减少的趋势。结论:颈椎退行性变与椎间活动度有关。颈椎退变可使颈曲和颈椎屈伸活动度减少。 Objective: To measure the cervical spinal curvation and range of flexsionextension of Chinese. Methods: The lordosis curvative angle and individual intervertebrae relative rotation angle of cervical spine on lateral radiographs of 280 normal adults were measured by computer imaging processing system. Results: The range of cervical spinal curvative angle was 12~33°. The range of flexsionextension of cervical spine was 65~98°, and the range of flexsionextension movement of the C5~6 segments was the largest. The lordosis curvative angle and the function of flexsionextension of cervical spine decreased with age. Conclusion: The degenerative change of cervical spine is related to the range of flexsionextension movement of cervical spine. The degeneration of cervical spine is responded to the decreasing of the cervical spinal curvation and range of flexsionextension movement of the cervical spine.
