摘要
目的:测量国人颈段脊柱颈曲以及伸屈活动度。方法:采用计算机图像处理技术,对280例正常成人动态条件下颈段脊柱侧位Χ线片的颈曲和各椎体间相对转动角进行测量。结果:中间位颈曲正常值的范围为12~33°,颈段脊柱屈伸活动度正常值范围为65~98°。屈伸运动中,各椎间活动度以C5~6活动度最大。随着年龄的增长,颈曲和屈伸活动度均呈逐步减少的趋势。结论:颈椎退行性变与椎间活动度有关。颈椎退变可使颈曲和颈椎屈伸活动度减少。
Objective: To measure the cervical spinal curvation and range of flexsionextension of Chinese. Methods: The lordosis curvative angle and individual intervertebrae relative rotation angle of cervical spine on lateral radiographs of 280 normal adults were measured by computer imaging processing system. Results: The range of cervical spinal curvative angle was 12~33°. The range of flexsionextension of cervical spine was 65~98°, and the range of flexsionextension movement of the C5~6 segments was the largest. The lordosis curvative angle and the function of flexsionextension of cervical spine decreased with age. Conclusion: The degenerative change of cervical spine is related to the range of flexsionextension movement of cervical spine. The degeneration of cervical spine is responded to the decreasing of the cervical spinal curvation and range of flexsionextension movement of the cervical spine.
