摘要 目的:探讨颈椎退变对终板倾斜角的影响及其临床意义。方法:随机选取21-30岁正常人和51~60岁颈椎退变性疾病患者各40例,将其颈椎侧位X线片扫描至计算机,使用Sigma Scan Pro 5软件测量C3~C7终板倾斜角,比较其差异。结果:51-60岁颈椎退变性疾病患者的C3~C7上、下终板倾斜角均明显〉21~30岁正常人组,且差别显著(P〈0.01)。结论:C3~C7上、下终板倾斜角随颈椎退行性改变均明显增大。 Objective To study the effect of cervical degeneration on the endplate gradient anti to discuss its clinical application. Methods Lateral X-ray films of cervical spine of 40 healthy persons aged from 21 to 30 years and 40 cases of cervical degenerative disease ,aged from 50 to 61 years, were respectively scanned into computer and the endplate gradient of C3 - C7 were measured with the program of Sigma Scan Pro 5. The difference was compared. Results Both the upper endplate gradient and the lower of C3-C7were bigger in the group of 51-60 years old than those of 21-30 years old. The difference was significant (P〈0. 01). Conclusion The endplate gradient of C3-C7 is increased with the process of cervical degeneration.
