摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径对乳腺癌患者根治术后患侧上肢功能康复的影响。方法采用阶段对照研究方法,将62例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为路径组和对照组,路径组32例应用健康教育路径实施健康教育,对照组30例则接受传统健康教育。术后2周评定两组患者的日常生活活动能力(ADL),术后3周评定患肢功能锻炼达标情况,并进行统计学分析。结果路径组患者患肢ADL除穿衣1项外,其他各项与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患肢功能锻炼达标率与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育路径提高了患者参与康复锻炼的主动性和积极性,有助于患者掌握康复锻炼技能及患肢ADL的恢复,提高了患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education path on functional recovery of diseased - side upper limbs in breast cancer patients who received radical operation. Methods Sixty - two operative patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into control group and trial group. Health education paths were used in the trial group （n =32） and the traditional education methods were used in the control group （n = 32）. The active capabilities of daily life （ADL） were evaluated two weeks after the operation and the standard - reaching rate of functional exercise of the diseased limbs were assessed three weeks after the operation. Results Apart from the item of dressing, the other parameters of ADL in the trial group were much better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the standard - reaching rate of functional exercise in the trial group was obviously higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The health education path raises the initiative and enthusiasm of patients to participate in the recovery exercise, it is helpful for the patients to master the recovery exercise skill and to recover ADL of diseased upper limbs, thus raising the quality of life.
