摘要
乳腺癌患者经手术及综合治疗后生存时间长,传统评价治疗指标如治愈率、生存率、生存时间均难以全面评价其综合治疗效果。随着医学模式的转变和健康意识的提高,对乳腺癌患者的治疗不再满足于单纯延续生命,而更加关注患者的生活质量。笔者旨在了解影响乳腺癌患者生活质量的相关因素,这将在乳腺癌综合治疗效果评价及治疗方法的选择方面有重要的指导作用。
The paients with breast cancer have long live time after operation and combined therapy, the orthodox evaluation criterion of therapy, such as care rate, Survival rate and live time can not evalute the result of Combined therapy. Following the transform of medical model and the elevation of health conscionsness, the therapy to the paients with breast cancer are not lnly Satisfied with prolonged life but also patied close attention to the paients＇ quality of life. The purpose of writer is got the messages that effected the breast cancer paients＇ quality of life, these have an important quide effect on the judgement of combined therapy and the election of therapy method.
