血清高敏C反应蛋白浓度与高血压病的相关性研究 被引量:106

摘要 目的 探讨血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度与高血压病的关系。方法 对开滦集团公司2 2 0 9名离休职工健康查体 ,检测血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度及其他生化指标 ,比较高血压组和正常血压组及不同血压水平组间血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度的差异。结果  2 2 0 9人中符合研究目的且资料完整的共计 2 16 9人 ,其中确诊高血压病患者 12 0 5例。高血压组、正常血压组血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度分别为 (1 97± 1 84 )mg/L和 (1 0 8± 1 2 4 )mg/L(P <0 0 0 1)。收缩压、舒张压水平随血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度增加而增高 (P <0 0 0 1)。非吸烟组、糖尿病组、超重及肥胖组血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度分别为 (1 87± 1 4 3)mg/L、(2 0 9± 1 85 )mg/L和 (1 5 8± 1 6 1)mg/L ,均高于吸烟组、非糖尿病组、非超重及肥胖组的 (1 33± 1 10 )mg/L、(1 2 3± 1 4 0 )mg/L、(0 82± 1 0 6 )mg/L (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 血清高敏C 反应蛋白浓度与高血压病相关 ,炎症反应可能参与了高血压病的发生。 Objective To investigate the relationship between circulating levels of high- sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) and essential hypertension. Methods A total of 2 209 subjects were sampled from the retired workers of Kailuan Coal Mine and surveyed with questionnaires. Thorough physical examination was performed for 2 169 subjects. The concentrations of high- sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, VLDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, glucose and urine acid were measured. Results Both systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure increased in proportion to the elevation of serum CRP concentration. Multiple factors stepwise regression analysis revealed a significant correlation between CRP and essential hypertension ( P <0.001). There were also significant correlations between CRP and diabetes, smoking, and BMI ( P <0.001).Conclusions Serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level is associated with elevated blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension. Inflammatory response might play an important role in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
