摘要
高校大学生法律援助服务是近年来出现并日益得到发展的新志愿服务类型,虽然它自身有许多优势,但还存着在很多困难有待我们去完善和改进,本文将从大学生法律援助服务的现状以及所出现的一些问题入手进行相关研究,以期有利于今后的发展。
The legal support service for students in higher education is a new kind of voluntary activity which is gradually popular in China. It is noticed that there are many difficulties need to be solved in the current legal support service for students, although it has its own dominance. The paper proceeds from some problems and status for the voluntary legal support activity in order to improve its further development.
