摘要
美国的诊所式法律教育给我们提供了一种新的借鉴模式,弥补了我国现阶段法学教育的不足。通过简要介绍诊所式教育的基本内容,继而结合大学生法律援助活动这一法律诊所的具体实践,分析了法律诊所式教育的实践意义,指出了我国诊所教育实践中存在的问题并提出了相关的对策建议。
Clinical legal education from America offered us a new form for law education and complemented the legal education in China. The paper summarized the basic content of the clinical legal education, analyzed the practical meaning of the clinical legal education combined with students＇ legal aid which is a form of Chinese clinical law education, pointed out the problems in the practical form and applied the countermeasures.
