摘要
法律援助制度是法制观念发展的结果,国外法律援助制度的发展历程为我国建立相应制度提供了借鉴模式。在我国,要有效地实施法律援助,必须寻求走出法律援助困境的对策,尽快从根本上解决存在的困境。
The legal aid system is the product of the development of the notions of law. The foreign legal aid system has provided the reference mode for the crresponding system in China. In China, the effective implement of legal aid system is to break away from straits of legal aid system.
