摘要
高职专业教学计划制订,无论是针对新专业的开发,还是针对老专业的修订,通常离不开"加减、调整和参照"的传统做法,原因就在于制订主体观念上始终没有根本性变革。同时,在高职专业教学计划制订过程中培养目标的确定,仅用"参照文件"的传统做法达不到预定目标,必须"解构和重构"——彻底打破"务虚"模式,重构"务实"模式。
Formulating teaching programs of high vocational and technical education, including the development of a new major and the adjustment of an existing major, usually adopts traditional methods, such as, modification, adjustment, and reference. The main reason is educators' lack of fundamental transformation notionally. In the confirmation of training objects during formulating teaching programs of high vocational and technical education, traditional method like referring official documents is not enough. We also need deconstruction and reconstruction which are deconstructing the model of discussing ideological guidelines and reconstructing the model of taking practical effects seriously.
