摘要
本文阐述了湿H2S环境应力腐蚀机理,总结了国产CF-62钢的性能及使用状况,针对Q812罐全面鉴定的结论提出对Q812罐裂纹进行处理的方法,并对液化气球罐的建设、使用和检测提出了一些建议。
This paper explains the stress corrosion mechanisms for pressure vessel under wet H2S environment and describes the characteristics of localized CF-62 steel material and the situation in using it, based on the conclusion of the full inspection of the Q812 tank, it develops the correct method to get rid of the crack of the Q812 tank. At last, some suggestions are proposed about design, inspection and using.
