摘要
通过化学成分、金相组织、硬度及扫描电镜等分析和检查手段,对平衡式安全阀波纹管断口部位进行了失效分析。结果表明,波纹管在冷加工塑性成形时产生加工硬化,波纹管局部硬度增大,提高了材料氢致开裂的敏感性并造成开裂。提出了波纹管制造的改进措施和要求。
In wet H2+H2S environment,balanced safety valve's corrugated pipe cracked and leak occurred.To identify the failure cause,the failure analysis has been carried out,with the aid of chemical-component analysis,microstructure analysis,degree of hardness analysis and scanning electron microscope.It has been concluded that the high hardness caused by cold work hardening resulted in the increment of the sensitivity of hydrogen induced cracking.Then the corrugated pipe cracked and leak occurred.The measures to rectify and reform have been proposed.
