摘要
在钢的表面上用Ni基合金粉末进行等离子弧熔覆处理。试验结果表明 ,用优化后的等离子弧熔覆工艺可以在钢的表面获得致密、结合牢固和零稀释率的熔覆层。因此等离子弧熔覆处理是一种有发展前途。
The clad coating of Ni base alloy was prepared on steel with a home made equipment of plasma arc cladding.The experimental results show that a uniform,adherent and non dilution clad coating is obtained after optimization of the cladding parameters.Plasma arc cladding is an environment friendly technique for the metal surface modification.
