Catalytic Synthesis of Benzaldehyde 1,2-Propanediol acetal by H_4 SiW_(12)O_(40)/MCM-48

摘要 以分子筛 MCM-48负载硅钨酸 H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/MCM-48为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。通过正交实验优选反应条件,结果表明,在苯甲醛与1,2-丙二醇摩尔比1:1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,环己烷为带水剂,其用量8mL 反应时间30 min 的优化条件下,苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达64.63%,并用H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/MCM-48催化剂与 SnO 及 H_3PW_(12)O_(40)两种催化剂作催化活性比较,结果表明,H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/MCM-48催化剂的催化活性明显高于其他两种催化剂,并具有反应时间短、操作简便、产品收率高及无毒、无公害等优点。 Benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2 - propanediol in the presence of H4SiW12O40/MCM-48. The optimum conditions were found out by the orthogonal experiments. Experimental result showed that yield of benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal could reach 64.63 % under the reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of 1,2 -propanediol to benzaldehyde 1.4: 1, the quantity of catalyst equal to 0.5% of feed stocks, cyclohexane as agent, and the reaction time 30 minutes. Comparison of catalytic activity of SnO, H3PW12O40 and H4SiW12O40/MCM -48 catalysts was made. The catalyst possesses a fairly high catalytic activity for the acetalation reaction, and has the short reaction time, less catalyst dosage and obtain high yield with simple operation, environmentally friendly.
