摘要
对中小型合成氨厂弛放气中的氨回收工艺进行了研究,设计了一种以水为吸收剂的双塔吸氨制浓氨水工艺,并采用了Aspen Plus软件对该工艺过程进行模拟计算。分析了吸收剂流量、系统压力及循环比对氨水产品与尾气氨浓度的影响。模拟结果表明,吸收剂的流量为375kmol/hr、系统操作压力为0.45MPa、循环比为0.6时,氨水产品浓度高于20%(wt%),施放气氨浓度低于200ppm。
The reeovery technics of ammonia from purge gas in small and medium scale ammonia sythesis plants was studied in this paper. A two-column absorption system with water as absorbent was designed to produce high concentration ammonia water,and this process was simulated with Aspen Plus. The influence of absorbent flowrate, system operating pressure and reflux ratio on ammonia concentration of ammonia water and purge gas were analyzed. The result indicated that while absorbent flowrate,system operating pressure and reflux ratio was 375kmol/h,0.45MPa and 0.6 respective,the ammonia concentration in ammonia water was more than 20%(wt%) and that in release gas was less than 200 ppm.
