摘要
介绍了无动力氨回收技术的原理及其在某合成氨弛放气氨回收系统中的现场应用。工程实际运行表明:改造后的无动力氨回收装置能将弛放气中97%的氨提取出来,作为液氨产品销售,解决了先前大量稀氨水无法处理的症结,避免了对环境的污染。同时,又不消耗水和能源,运行成本低,经济效益和环境效益显著。
The principle of non-power ammonia recovery technology and its practical application in an ammonia plant for recovery of ammonia from purge gas were introduced.The operation results showed that the non-power ammonia recovery system worked very well with a ammonia recovery rate of 97%,and the recovered product was liquid ammonia rather than dilute ammonia solution which is difficult to handle,furthermore,the consumptions of water and energy were little,that delivered good economic and environmental benefits.
