合成氨化工企业安全风险评估计算与分析方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 合成氨是基础无机化原料之一,需求量大,生产企业多。然而由于氨气的可燃性与毒性,液氨储存设施的安全风险评估既需分析液氨泄漏导致的爆炸风险,还需考虑氨气扩散导致的人员中毒风险。通过对内蒙古某合成氨企业新建液氨球形储罐的中孔泄漏风险进行评估,其致死致伤范围达60m。在该范围内应尽量避免出现人员密集建筑。同时该新建液氨储罐发生泄漏事故的个人风险与社会风险均符合标准与规范要求,安全性达标,可予以建设。 Synthetic ammonia is one of the basic inorganic raw materials with large demand and many production enterprises.However,due to the flammability and toxicity of ammonia,the safety risk assessment of liquid ammonia storage facilities should not only analyze the explosion risk caused by liquid ammonia leakage,but also consider the risk of poisoning caused by ammonia diffusion.The liquid ammonia leakage risk of a newly built spherical ammonia storage tank in Inner Mongolia reached 60m.Thus,the numbers of buildings containing intensive people should be decreased in this area.And the personal risk and social risk of the leakage accident of the new liquid ammonia storage tank meet the requirements of the standards,meaning the safety meets the standard,so it can be constructed.
