摘要
提出了利用酸性硫酸盐镀铜废水生产海绵铜粉,并用催化氧化法将海绵铜粉制备五水硫酸铜的工艺流程。实验结果表明,该工艺设备简单,操作容易,铜粉品位大于90%,铜的回收率大于95%,硫酸铜质量达到农业用合格级。
he process flow by extracting sponge copper powder from acid copper sulfate electroplating wastewater, and by the use of catalytic oxidation of sponge copper powder will be copper sulfate production is put forward. The results showed that more than 90% grade of copper powder, copper recovery was more than 95%, copper sulfate to the quality of an industry. The process equipment and simple, easy operation, can produce some economic benefits.
