摘要
将农用硫酸铜经一系列脱杂处理 ,得到电镀用硫酸铜 .用氧化、中和、水解方法 ,一次性脱除农用硫酸铜中的砷、铁 ,使之达到电镀用硫酸铜的质量要求 .研究表明 :用H2 O2 作氧化剂 ,可以有效地氧化As(Ⅲ )和Fe(Ⅱ ) ,且反应速度快 ;加入适量Fe2 (SO4) 3,能确保砷以FeAsO4形式除去 ;控制溶液pH值 ,可以使过量Fe3+ 以Fe(OH)
Copper sulfate for electroplating was obtained from agricultural copper sulfate after removing impurities.Arsenic and iron in agricultural copper sulfate were removed by oxidization,neutralization and hydrolysis, and the result meets the quality requirement of copper sulfate for electroplating. In our experiment,H 2O 2 was used to oxide As(Ⅲ)and Fe(Ⅱ) effectively with high rate.In addition appropriate Fe 2(SO 4) 3 was added into the solution in order to eleminate As in the form of preciptation of FeAsO 4.Further more,the additional Fe 3+ was removed in the form of precipitation of Fe(OH) 3 through maintaining the pH value of solution to be around four.
