摘要
探讨在MK5D型梳棉机上用国产针布代替进口针布的可行性。根据MK5D型梳棉机针布的特点,选用了国产"钻石"牌针布。通过优选隔距和落棉,调整各除尘刀工艺,进行了CJ 14.6 tex纱的生条和细纱质量对比试验。结果表明:用国产"钻石"牌针布加工的生条和管纱的各项性能指标均优于进口针布,不但降低了生产成本,而且提高了市场竞争力。
Feasibility of homemade card clothing replacing imported card clothing in MKSD carding machine was discussed. According to the card clothing characteristics of MKSD carding machine, homemade diamond card clothing was chosen. Through optimizing gauge, noil and adjusting each mote knife processing,quality contrasting tests were carried out in card sliver and CJ 14.6 tex yarn. The result shows that each property index of card sliver and bobbin yarn produced by homemade diamond card clothing are better than that of imported card clothing. Not only reduce cost but also improve market competition.
