摘要
探讨梳理器材对差别化纤维的梳理效果。通过试验,对比介绍了不同的锡林针布、盖板针布、道夫针布及附加分梳元件对成纱质量的影响。针对不同的梳棉工艺和不同的纤维,确定了较好的工艺参数以及针布使用保养周期。在差别化纤维梳理器材的选择上,在保证有效梳理的同时,要保证纤维的顺利转移,针布密度一般偏大控制。
Carding effect of carding component on differential fiber was discussed. Through test effect of different cylinder card clothing, fiat card clothing, doffer card clothing and additional carding component on finish yarn quality were introduced. According to different carding processing and fiber, better processing parameter and maintenance period of card clothing were defined. In selection of differential fiber carding component, in condition of ensuring effective carding ,fiber should be transferred successfully and card clothing density should be larger slightly.
