摘要
介绍了固定盖板的作用及设计要求 ;根据齿尖上纤维受力分析 ,得出当工作角的余切值大于纤维与针齿的摩擦因数时 ,齿面上的纤维不会向齿根移动形成充塞的结论 ;根据梳理力公式及影响因素找出齿密设计的基本依据 ;分析研究了锡林盖板分梳过程中杂质的碎裂和排除问题。
Function and design requirement of Fixed flat is introduced. According to force analysis of fibre in zigzag, fibre in zigzag face does not transfer to zigzag butt and causing occlusion when cotangent value of work angle is bigger than friction coefficient of zigzag, and design basis of zigzag density is found out according to carding force formula, fragmentation and extraction of trash in carding action of cylinder flat are analyzed also.
