摘要
目的通过治疗干预评分系统(TISS 28)与直接护理时间的相关性,建立回归模型,从而预测护理人力资源的需求,动态合理调配护理人力。方法从重症监护室随机抽取样本63例,记录其TISS 28评分分值和24h直接护理时间,通过回归拟合数学模型。结果①不同TISS 28评分分值患者直接护理时间差异有统计学意义;②患者直接护理时间与TISS 28评分分值有较强的正相关;③建立了TISS 28评分与护理人员配置的关系模型。结论所建立的TISS 28评分与护理人员配置的关系模型在护理人力资源配置预算上具有有效性和优越性。
Objective To establish a regress model to predict the demand for the nursing resource through the relationship of TISS 28 and direct-care time. Methods Sixty-three patients were sampled randomly from the ICU. TISS 28 points and direct-care time during 24 hours of the patients were recorded to find a regression model. Results (1)Patients with different TISS 28 points needed different direct-care time. (2)The direct-care time had a correlation with TISS 28 points. (3)A model of TISS 28 points and nurses allocation was established. Conclusion The model of TISS 28 and nurses allocation has validity in management of nursing manpower resources.
