摘要
学校是为社会提供优秀人才的摇篮,很多学校的护理专业为医院提供了众多优秀医护人员,随着人们健康意识的不断提升,使得人们对医疗以及护理方面的要求更加严格,为了使医疗事业以及临床护理技能水平更加规范,医院护士的综合护理能力以及服务质量更加提升,在我校的护理专业成立了技能培训组对护理专业的学生进行护理技能的培训,经过实践的检验,我校护理专业学生的护理技能水平有了明显提升,为医院提供了更多优秀的护理人员。
School is the cradle of excellent talents for the society and many nursing professional in schools provides numerous excellent staff for hospital.With the improving of the people＇s health consciousness,this situation makes people become more strict with the medical treatment and nursing.In order to make the medical enterprise as well as the level of clinical nursing skills more specialized and to make the nurses＇ abilities and comprehensive care quality of service improved,nursing skills group was founded in our nursing profession for students to perform the training of nursing skills.Through the test of practice,nursing skills of students in the major of nursing have been improved significantly providing more excellent nursing staff to the hospital.
