摘要
目的探讨集束化护理对重症监护病房(ICU)谵妄患者的干预效果。方法将124例谵妄患者随机分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(集束化护理),每组各62例。采用重症监护谵妄筛查检查表(ICDSC)、急性生理和慢性健康状况评分(APACHEⅡ)、治疗干预评分(TISS)对谵妄患者评定干预效果。结果试验组治疗后的第3天ICDSC量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);机械通气5d内治愈率提高;评分均呈现出下降的趋势,显示患者的疾病程度呈好转状态。结论集束化护理对ICU谵妄患者的早期干预具有一定的效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of Care bundles on patients with delirium.Methods 124 pa-tients with delirium were randomly divided into control group （usual care）and experimental group （care bundles）,each group consisting of 62 cases.The efficacy was evaluated by the intensive care delirium screening checklist （ICDSC）,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation （APACHE II）,therapeutic intervention scoring （TISS）.Result The ICDSC scale score of the experimental group in the third day af-ter treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Early inter-vention care bundles are effective on patients with delirium.
