摘要
作为一名青年教师,笔者总结从教的心得和体会,论述了青年教师应该正确处理教学与科研、理论与实践、多媒体与传统教学之间的关系,并阐述了从课前、课堂、课后三个环节改善教学质量。
Through the author' s own experience, three important relationships are summarized. They are relationship between teaching and research, relationship between theory and practice and relationship between traditional teaching and multimedia teaching. Then three key steps are emphasized:preparation, classroom teaching and review after class.
