摘要
教学与科研是高等学校的最为重要的两项职能,但较长时间以来这两种职能之间存在着较大的矛盾,重科研轻教学的现象比较普遍。如何协调二者的矛盾,既突出教学的主旋律地位,又要加强科学研究,本文从确定学校、专业、课程等的定位入手,通过定位理清科研与教学的几个关系,为正确处理科研与教学的矛盾找到恰当的方法。
Both teaching and scientific research are two most important functions in colleges of high education.But there are greater contradictions between these two kinds of functions for a long time.The phenomenon of paying attention to scientific research more than teaching is common.How to assort with the two contradictions that is stressing the theme of teaching as well as strengthening the scientific research,the article finds the appropriate methods to deal with the two contradictions through confirming localization of school,speciality and subject.
