摘要
随着组织工程领域研究热潮的不断兴起,越来越多的生物材料正作为细胞、生物活性物质的载体而发挥作用,选择一合适的生物材料以作为载体是核心问题。纤维蛋白因具有良好的生物学功能和理化性质等一系列优点而被广泛应用,涉及面涵盖支架载体、复合载体以及释放载体,同时载体构建的技术水平与日俱增。文章就纤维蛋白的起源、结构、生物学功能、在组织工程中作为载体的研究进展作一综述,为纤维蛋白在组织工程中的发展提供理论依据。
With the rising interest in the research of tissue engineering, more and more biomaterials are playing vital roles as carriers for cell and bioactive substance, in which selecting a proper biomaterial as carrier is a key issue in tissue engineering. Due to excellent biocompatibility and physico-chemical property of fibrin, it has been widely used involving in the areas such as scaffold, compounding material and release vehicle. Simultaneously, vector construction technique grew with each passing day. In this review we summarized the related information of fibrin including source, structure, biological function and research progress of tissue engineering carrier for its further development in tissue engineering.
