摘要
根据二乙酰一肟与在酸性条件下尿素的反应,建立了一种分光光度法快速测定牛奶中尿素含量的方法,该方法可以定性和定量测定牛奶中尿素含量。在0.125g/L-1g/L之间线性良好,平均回收率为99.4%。该方法在实际的原料奶质量控制中得到了很好的应用。
A spectrophotometry method, which based on the reaction of diacetyl monoxime and urea in acidic solution, was established for determination urea in bovine milk. The assay method can qualitatively and quantitatively measure the content of urea in milk rapidly,the method was linear from 0.125 g/L-1 g/L. The mean recovery of urea from samples was 99.4 %.The method had been successfully applied in the quality control of raw milk.
