摘要
近本文通过对中国婴儿配方奶粉生产中存在的质量问题及现状进行分析,从原料奶质量控制和生产过程控制,以及产品流通控制等方面进行了论述,提出了保证产品质量和安全的一系列措施,并且阐述了过程检验在婴儿配方奶粉生产中的重要作用,对婴儿奶粉的生产具有一定的指导作用。
The article analyses safety actuality and problems that exist in infant milk formula, and it discusses them from raw milk quality control, process control and products circulation control etc. This article indicates a series of actions to insure the quality of the powder and food safety and explains the importance of process test in infant milk formula pro- duction. It could direct the infant milk powder production to the extent.
