补硒对乳牛血液酶和免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 用18头4~6岁健康舍饲乳牛做实验动物检测了补硒后10e、20d、40d、80d和160d血硒和乳硒水平,分析了GPT、GOT、LDH、CPK、GSH-Px活性和T细胞转化率的变化。结果表明,动物补硒与其血硒和乳硒水平有明显的线性关系,且以肌肉注射硒制剂(亚硒酸钠溶液和亚硒酸钠一VE溶液)较为显著和快捷。随着血硒水平的提高,CPK活性下降,GSH-p*活性升高,T细胞转化率增加。显示了该地区舍饲乳牛补硒后肌肉营养状态的改善和免疫功能的增强。 Eighteen healthy shed dairy cows aged 4 - 6 years were used in the experiment to study selenium levels in blood and milk ,and analyze activities of glutamate pyrurate transminase (GPT) ,glutamate-ox- alactate transminase (GOT) , lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) , phosphocreatine kinase (CPK ) and glutathime peroxidase (GSH-Px ) and transforming race of T lyrnphcyte in blood on the 10th , 20th , 40th , 80th , and 160th day after supplement of selenium respectively. The results indicate a clearn linear relationship be- tween supplemental selenium to the animals and the levels of selenium in blood and milk, and this ap- pears faster and more siginificant in animals injected selenium solution or VE-Se intramuscularly. More- over ,activity of CPK decreases while activity of GSH-Px and transforming rate of T lymlphcyte increase as the enhancement of selenium level in blood. This shows the improvement of muscle nutrition and the strengthening of immune function of the shed dairy cows supplemented with Se (or Se-VE) in the area.
