摘要
观察了4种不同硒制剂对白血病细胞系体外生长的抑制作用.结果表明.各种硒制剂对U937和K562白血病细胞的生长和增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用.其抑制作用随药物浓度的增加而增强,其半数抑制浓度(IC50)的顺序为:硒代二半胱氨酸<亚硒酸钠<硒蛋氨酸<硒胱氨酸.
Abstract The effects of selenium compounds were investigated on the growth of U937 and K562leukemia cell lines.After incubated with selenium for 3 days.the growth of leukemic cells were inhibited significantly.The death of U937 and K562 cells in vitro as indicated by trypan blue exclusion was dependent upon the concentration of selenium.but the drug concentrations inhibiting cell-growth rate by 50% (IC50) was different with each compound:dieysteine selenium<<selenite<selenomethionine<selenocysteine.
