子宫内膜浆液性乳头状癌的超声特征 被引量：2

摘要 子宫内膜浆液性乳头状癌（uterine papillary serous carcinoma，UPSC）是子宫内膜癌的一种少见类型，属于BokhmanⅡ型（即非激素依赖型）子宫内膜癌，其恶性程度高、预后差，危险因素、预后因素尚不确定，治疗方法不甚理想。由于UPSC发病率低，临床医师对这类少见肿瘤的认识仍然有限。近年来国内外关于UPSC的文献报道逐渐增多，但主要针对流行病学、病理诊断、临床特征、预后和生存率，而对超声表现报道较少。现对本院收治的18例UPSC患者的声像图特征作一分析，以期提高临床诊断水平。
