摘要
锗在联苯三酚(2,3-二羟基苯酚)盐酸介质中形成具有吸附性质的配合物。它在-0.65V(vs.S.C.E.)处出现一灵敏的配合吸附峰。研究结果表明,用二阶导数卷积吸附伏安法可检测低至0.09ng/ml的痕量锗,且在0.3~186ng/ml Ge(Ⅳ)范围内呈线性关系。该法用于矿样中痕量锗的测定,结果满意。研究了该波的配合吸附性质,确定该吸附配合物的组成为1:1,其条件稳定常数β为200。
In a supporting electrolyte sloution containing 0.12% pyrogallol and 4×10^(-3) mol/L hydrochloric acid, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of germanium-pyrogallol has been obtained at hanging mercury drop electrode(HMDE)by second order derivative convolution electroanalysis. The change of peak height with concentration of germanium is linear in the range from 0.3 t0 186 ng/ml.The limit of determination of Ge(Ⅳ) is down to 0.09 ng/ml. The composition of adsorptive complex in the ratio of 1:1 and its conditional formation constant β(200) were determined.The mechanism of adsorptive wave at HMDE was discussed.
