摘要
建立了测定香菇中微量锗的胶束增溶分光光度法;在磨碎的香菇样品中,加入硝酸、磷酸和硫酸 ,消化至试液透明澄清 ,为省去萃取分离 ,直接加入抗坏血酸将高价干扰离子还原 ,利用苯基荧光酮与锗在表面活性剂 (CTMAB)存在下的灵敏显色反应 ,于514nm波长下比色测定锗 ;该法的线性范围为0~0.2mg/L ,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为1.33×105L/(mol·cm) ,Sandell灵敏度为5.46×10 -4μg/cm2,回收率为95 %~104%,RSD为3.2 % ;方法简单、快速、结果令人满意 ,适合基层实验室采用。
A method for the determination of trace germanium in mushroom is described by micellar solubilization spectrophotometry. The pulverized mushroom sample was digested with the addition of HNO3, H3PO4 and H2SO4, until the solution became clear. Instead of tedious extraction for the removal of interfering ions, ascorbic acid was applied to reduce high _ valent interfering ions. A sensitive color reaction between germanium and phenylfluorone in the presence of a surfactant(CTMAB) was utilized for the spectrophotometric determination of germanium at 514 nm. The linear range is 0~0.2 mg/L and ε=1.33×105 L/(mol·cm). The Sandell sensitivity of the method is 5.46×10-4 μg/cm2, whereas its recovery is 95%~104%, and RSD=3.2%. The results obtained are satisfactory. The method is simple and rapid, and hence can be used in analytical laboratories at the grass _ roots level.
