摘要
在萃取温度为４０℃、ＣＯ２流量为３ｋｇ／ｈ的条件下，按不同的萃取压力和不同的萃取时间萃取蛋黄粉中的胆固醇。试验结果表明，萃取压力为３０ＭＰａ时，超临界ＣＯ２萃取对蛋黄粉中胆固醇的选择性脱除效果最佳，胆固醇的脱除率随萃取时间的延长而显著增加。
Removing cholesterol from yolk powderby SCCO_2 extraction has been investigated under the condition of temperation 40℃, CO_2 flow rate 3 kg/h. It shows that the optimum extraction pressure is 30 MPa and the proportion of cholesterol removal increases remarkably by elongating the extraction time.
