摘要
对实验室诱变得到的ＰｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓｄａｃｕｎｈａｅＤＱ－ｐ１菌产Ｌ－天门冬氨酸－β－脱羧酶条件作了系统考察，发现谷氨酸、反丁烯二酸、玉米浆对菌体生长和诱导产生Ｌ－天门冬氨酸－β－脱羧酶有利；糖虽然有利于菌体生长，但抑制产酶。通过正交试验，得到培养基最佳配方。
The effects of medium composition and culture conditions on L-Aspartate-β-Dacarboxylase production from P. dacunhae DQ-p1 are studied systematically. The optimum medium selection, growth and fermentation time are determined by orthogonal experiment.
