摘要
从知识管理的角度讲,研发其实就是一个研发组织通过交换认知和知识共享,整合个体及组织中的隐性知识和显性知识,最终创造出新知识的过程。而隐性知识的共享是这个过程中必不可少的环节,本文从研发过程中隐性知识共享的三个主要障碍着手分析,提出了隐性知识共享的四个对策,对研发运作中隐性知识的共享进行了详细探讨。
In terms of knowledge management, research and development is actually a process in which a R & D group ultimately creates new knowledge through the exchange, the sharing and integration of the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge of individuals and organizations. And the sharing of tacit knowledge is essential to this part. This paper, based on the analysis of the three main obstacles in tacit knowledge sharing in R & D process, puts forward four countermeasures to realze the sharing of tacit knowledge and offers a detailed study of such.
